Return and Refund Policy

to return or replace your purchase, we are here to assist you seamlessly.

Return Conditions:
We gladly accept returns under the following circumstances:
● Incorrect Product Delivered: If you have received a product that differs from your
order.
● Defective or Damaged Product: In the unlikely event you receive a product with
defects or damage.
● Only Non-Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards can be returned: Our return policy applies
exclusively to physical products and does not encompass gift vouchers or gift cards.
● Non-Customized Products: Customised products crafted according to your special
requests are not eligible for return.

Return Policy:
1. Products sold online can be returned within 48 hours of the date of delivery.
2. Refund will be provided as long as the goods with the proof of purchase and original
packaging are returned in the same dispatched condition.
3. The cost of returning the goods will lie with the customer.

Replacement Policy:
1. Kindly notify us of damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated, and Kolorobia
cannot be held responsible for replacements requested after this period.
2. The products should be unused.
3. Kolorobia will arrange for pick-up. However, if that’s not possible for any particular
location, the customers must dispatch the product themselves using a reputed
delivery service within two days of receiving the products.

Mode of Return:
1. Prepaid Orders (Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI): If you made a prepaid payment, the
refund amount will be credited to your source account within 5-7 business days.
2. Cash On Delivery: For cash payments made to the delivery person, the refund will
be credited to your Kolorobia wallet within 2-3 business days. You can utilise this
wallet balance for future purchases.

Change or Cancellation of Order
If a customer decides to alter or cancel the order after Kolorobia has already dispatched it,
they will bear the cost associated with the refund processing.

Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders
At Kolorobia, we are steadfast in safeguarding against fraudulent activities. In the event of
any suspicious activity, we retain the right to cancel any past, present, or future orders. This
includes situations such as inaccuracies in price listings on our website or unavailability of
stock. If your card has been charged, the amount will be reversed in your card account.
Please note that any promotional vouchers used for payment will not be refunded.
