Return & Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • RETURNS

Products sold by Kolorobia via the Internet can be returned within seven working days of the date of purchase. A refund will be provided as long as the goods with your proof of purchase and original packaging are returned in the same condition as they were dispatched (Please see return policy of Kolorobia). The cost of returning the goods will lie with the customer. The return policy is not applicable to the products, which have been customized as per your request. The product can be returned subject to the following conditions:

  1. Products must be in their original condition; original packaging and accessories, labels, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the products delivered.
  2. Products should not have been used by you. Only unused, unsoiled, unaltered products with their original labels will be accepted.
  3. Please notify Kolorobia of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, Kolorobia shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;
  4. Products should be unused;
  5. After receiving the product, it will be inspected at Kolorobia. We’ll inform you of our decision regarding the return of the product. The decision taken by the team of Kolorobia will be final and binding.
  6. Upon QC after receiving the product back, the amount will be refunded in the initial payment method used. Ideally the refund will be reflected in 5-10 days.
  7. If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. Partial returns will not be accepted for this.
  8. Damage due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under the return policy.
  9. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
  10. Any product which is 'made to order' on the customer's request is not eligible for return.
  11. Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards are not eligible for Return or Replacement.

REPLACEMENT

  1. Please notify Kolorobia of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, Kolorobia shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;
  2. Products should be unused;
  3. Kolorobia will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product. In the event Kolorobia is unable to do so, Kolorobia will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within TWO (2) days from receipt of such.

REFUND

  1. PRE-PAID ORDERS (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking)
    In this, the order amount will be remitted back to your original payment mode. It may take approximately 5-7 business days to get the amount actually reflected.


  2. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDER (COD)
    In this, the order amount will be remitted back to you in your Kolorobia wallet. It may take approximately 2-3 business days to get the amount actually reflected. You may use the wallet amt. for future purchases.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

  1. If your order has not been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure (Please see Return policy).
  2. If your order has been dispatched but not delivered, in this case, the Courier charges for return will have to be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION OF FRAUDULENT ORDERS

  • To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, Kolorobia regularly monitors transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, Kolorobia reserves the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without any liability. Kolorobia also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the canceled orders may not be refunded.
